My service advisor was great, but after the service I finally got rid of that money pit. My car was was worth about $20k and if I did the recommended maintenance during this visit I would have spent almost $10k in repairs/maintenance, which is ridiculous. I have owned a lot of different cars and never had the problems I did with this Audi. Well that is over. I traded it in and bought another brand which I am more than happy with. So now when I bring my car in for an oil change I don't cringe at the thought it's going to end up costing thousands of dollars.

I took my 2023 Q8 in for safety system error messages. Kay was my service advisor. She kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and when a new part needed to be ordered and my car needed to stay longer, she let me know right away to ask if I needed a loaner.
