Quickly able to do the scheduled maintenance for my car. Said they'd order parts for a broken cupholder to be delivered by Dec. 6 or 7, but I have not been notified if they have been received or delayed. Still waiting.

Stuart is fantastic and communicates very well. I switched from chamblee to Alpharetta because of him.

Everything went well. Leah was very helpful and easy to work with.

Greg Glennie was very thorough in helping us find an Audi that met our needs and made the process relatively easy at pick up. Jay Vaughn was also very helpful in explaining the optional coverages available and doing the research to make sure we got the best possible package for us.

Kay is always attentive, forthcoming, and friendly. Out of all the service reps I’ve had in my life, she is the top of my list. If Kay leaves to go to another dealership, I will follow her.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Communication was excellent. We were informed throughout the service which lasted several days. We were provided a loaner vehicle that was helpful.
