Took car in to determine why dashboard message “Drive System Malfunction - Please contact service” is displaying. Was told that diagnostic could not definitively reveal cause of message. Was also warned that my turbocharger may be the cause and, if so, this repair will cost $4,000 to $4,500.

Pretty seamless. Good experience. I like the text communication, although it needs to be more timely. Liked working with Kay. i find her much better than some of the other service agents I have dealt with over the years.

I have been a loyal customer of Audi North Atl for many years. It was time for a newer model, so I was reviewing your website and noticed an A6 that interested me. I placed a test drive time in that evening and received prompt text confirming my morning appt. The next day, I received another reminder. Upon arriving, Kevin introduced himself with a friendly smile and a great attitude. He and the car were ready immediately. After the test drive, I felt good about the car. I had one special request, which Kevin and the mgr handled well. I needed my original wheels from my trade installed on the new purchase. The mgr reviewed both cars to ensure the tire replacement would be a proper fit, and they completed the swap. I purchased 4 new tires with the deal. I was impressed once again of no pushy sales techniques, and a friendly and smooth process. Kudos to Kevin and the whole team.
