Steve was very accommodating and helpful to my parents and I during our visit. He took the time to show me how to use certain features of my new car & program certain settings. He walked us through the process of trading my old car and helped me stay within my budget. Thank you Steve!

Overall experience was amazing at Audi North Atlanta, staff are amazing, Erwin made our visit fruitful and he is a great asset for Audi. Me and my son survived car accident recently which we feel one of the reason's is my Audi Q5 so my family chose Q5 again :-)

I came in for an oil change, and after being told everything was done, I noticed my service notification was still on. Despite having had significant work done recently, the young lady, realizing it was just some minor issues, went above and beyond by resetting the service notification. That made my day, as I wasn't in the mood for additional work. Thumbs up to her for thinking outside the box.
