I came in for an oil change, and after being told everything was done, I noticed my service notification was still on. Despite having had significant work done recently, the young lady, realizing it was just some minor issues, went above and beyond by resetting the service notification. That made my day, as I wasn't in the mood for additional work. Thumbs up to her for thinking outside the box.

Since the first time I stepped into the Audi North Atlanta, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness.

My only complaint is that when I picked up my car there were black greasy fingerprints on the front passenger seat and interior door.

After experiencing not so perfect Audi Roadside service, Audi North Atlanta service department took care of the business really well. Got a good loaner an my car was completed as per my request. Kay is the best!

The best part of our experience was our sales associate, Mr. Irwin Wilson. He’s the reason we bought the car the same day and did not need to go home and think about whether we wanted to purchase the car or not. He’s demeanor and professionalism exudes excellence and integrity. He’s a blessing to everyone that walks through the doors to purchase an Audi.

Lydia was amazing as my sales representative. I never felt pressured in making any decisions on my vehicle. She showed me the vehicles I was interested in and we looked for what I actually wanted, and she was able to find what I wanted with Steve's help. Actually one my best car buying experiences.

Prompt. Personable staff to greet us and assist. Service center was clean and professional. Got oil change. The tail light still isn’t in - taken a while to get. The tire light was also a concern and it was marked as resolved - but had a hole that wasn’t fixed. Stuart admitted the error and offered to help us.

My Audi A8 had a suspension malfunction error light on. The Service department had to keep the car for an extended period of time, but Roy was great and kept me updated on the progress.
