Very pleasant, Roy answered all our questions indeed. The young man that shuttled us to Avalon while our AUDI recall was being mitigated was excellent and a pleasure to be around.

I think the service was great 👍 I was well informed of the status of my car. I was not kept in the dark about the price and cost of what I chose to get fixed which was nice. I like the fact that I was taken out to a restaurant while I waited. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
