From the person who met me when I drove in to my interactions with Stuart - it was a very nice and professional visit! Stuart is extremely knowledgeable about Audi and answered all of my questions. He managed expectations on time (it was done 45 minutes faster than promised!).

Great reception, but was surprised to hear that an oil change with an appointment wound take 2 hours plus. Need to get better at managing time or expectations. One or the other.
