I think your service technician did a very nice job so I have no issues there at all. However, we've been coming to the Audi service department for a number of years and I've always felt this way and still feel this way today, your service technicians at the front counter can be a lot friendlier and not act so rushed. Have you ever been to a Chipotle where nobody's behind you but the folks serving you are going 100 miles an hour as if there were 100 people behind you? That's what I feel like every time. Even your folks who usher in the cars and collect your information and take you inside to the service technicians are a whole lot nicer than the technicians themselves. So of the three customer facing groups, two of the three groups have very little interaction with the customers themselves, but the one group that does is the one that in my opinion and experience needs the most improvement. They just need to be friendly, slow it down, be thorough and act like they care. Audi repairs or any specialty car repairs are expensive and it's not easy to make arrangements to drop off a vehicle so it's not pleasing when a service technician is not friendly. Anyway, I hope I helped in some way shape or form with the advice I just provided. Thank you very much.
