Flat Tire plus was due for inspection. Replaced two tires, alignment, balance. Inspection included full look over of vehicle, plus recall on charger cable. Tires seem to be the only expense in maintaining this car. I love my ETron.

Was there for the Silver Travel Package. Kay did a nice job with explaining the service and the concerns found with the multi-point inspection.
