Robert is great! He went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel important—as did Kenny. I really can’t thank them enough for addressing the issue with my car and discussing with Audi etc. Very much appreciated.

The service manager (Kenny) was very nice. Amy , service advisor was greet too. Nonetheless, I am beyond distressed that I have an Audi Q5 2015 with the engine with the oil consumption issue. There seems to be no help from North America on a failed engine. Very disappointing.

the process was super smooth from start to finish. Greg Savitt came across as an extremely knowledgeable person, patiently took down my requirements and worked the deal out. Kevin cut to the chase and helped close the deal really swiftly. I was in on a Monday evening, and closed the deal by Tuesday. The finance manager was super helpful and patient - all of this after a crazy 12 hour day on the last day of the month. The team definately went the extra mile in creating a lasting impression.
