Other than a gate being locked and I could not. Get to service drive all was good When I suggested to unlock gate I was told sit was a sales gate. Really? Isn’t it the dealership gate?

great service. 30K checkup. In and out in 2 hours. I have recently been told that the q8 2021 vehicles electrical systems have been failing and there will be a recall Dec. 1. Would have been nice to advise me of this and not wait until Dec 1st.
