Scheduling was easy to do online but did not allow for a loaner vehicle at the time. So I was left with the option to wait at the dealership. However, due to the repair issue and other items suggested, the turnaround time would take longer. A loaner vehicle was then made available. The wait time in lobby had went past 2 hours from entry in que until the recommendations from a checklist were provided. More effort should be made to cut down this wait time when repairs are already requested.
