stuart took over my service which was badly and poorly handled by leah since last week .. i came in spent an unsure amount of time for windshield sprayer fix and ac smell issue .. couldn’t find her form the time i walked in to the time i left i saw her for 2 mins .. roy or ron can’t remember his name handled me on arrival .. nice guy helped during the entire time i was there … also couldn’t find her to get update or info … i left nothing done ordered. apart …. wanted to keep my car … received a text friday it’s rest the part is ready to be installed… i texted 3 times to schedule and appointment for monday at 9 am didn’t get a response till tuesday … had to move things to do wednesday morn appointment (today) arrived she not at work so stuart handled me … he is effective efficient great with time management came while i worked upstairs filled me in … even brought keys when it was all done … audi service at its best i will rebook with him or ron roy …. i will prefer not to have interactions with leah again

I like the texting system to give updates. I wish I had not waited for so long at the dealership to be told that a part was needed

Our experience was absolutely amazing. Steve was beyond a salesman. He took care of my wife and I and our two children like we were family. I have not experienced that kind of respect from a dealership in the past. All of the employees from finance to the sales manager anre exceptional.

Kay was a great service representative and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. It took over a month for the repair but parts had to be ordered and a lot of work had to be done to find out the source of the issue. Kay made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle daily.
