My experience was wonderful while purchasing my new vehicle. Josh, my salesperson was very kind and thorough when showing me the features on my Q7. Overall experience was very good in terms of the process of obtaining a new leased q4. The one negative is discovering after the fact that my lease contained a higher interest rate than what I should’ve received based on my credit score. Shame on me for not being more prepared going in, but I still feel it’s fair to call this out.
