While there was some miscommunication regarding my charges and overall balance, it’s clear that Andre Young takes great pride in his dealership and is dedicated to providing 5-star customer service with integrity. For that reason, I am giving this location 5 stars. Unfortunately, the high labor charges are beyond my maintenance budget, so I will need to limit my visits to this location to services that specifically require dealership expertise.

Everyone was welcoming and attentive to my needs and questions. Lance is an AMAZING person and and salesman. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and dedication to satisfying the realistic expectations of the customer!!! I would definitely come back to Audi North Atlanta as well as recommend to anyone all I know.
