Rhett is a phenomenal tech. PleaseLet him wok on my car every time I bring it in. At least, don’t let him get away and make him the standard for all your techs. I didn’t even mind waiting 4 hours for a service once I got his very professional video. Please keep this up. And Roy was great too, but Rhett stole the show.
