Another great service visit with our Service Consultant Roy and Tech Jesse--this for a 75K Mile Service on our 2015 SQ5 and to find the source of a vibration-based rasp at 1600 RPM in what I thought was the aftermarket AWE exhaust system. Thanks to Jesse's thoroughness, he found that it was an OE clamp that had rusted and loosened. Replacing the clamp eliminated the annoying noise, and the rest of the inspection & service was done correctly and cleanly, as always.

Roy and the Service Manager were attentive to the problem, concerned, and eager to assist. The Service Manager and I started out on a test drive and the problem was immediately apparent. He gave me confidence that they would get to the root of the problem and fix it.

Stuart Benson was my service advisor. He made getting in and out easy. He also contacted my extended warranty company and help get me the repairs my A5 needed. After hours on SATURDAY Stuart secured an Audi rental. Having the rental made life so easy, and the process of getting it was easy. Stuart really made this a pleasant experience
