I had purchased this beautiful looking 2021 Audi S6 from another major dealership in Atlanta in September 2024. That dealership had neglected to inform me or take care of existing issues with the vehicle, despite their statements of "multi-point" inspection; based on the CarFax report, which I had requested from them but later had to purchase myself; they had ample time to establish knowledge of the problems. Almost immediately after driving the vehicle home I started getting alerts for the rear lighting systems and door latches, and tire pressure issues. Then a major malfunction occurred where the cooling system failed, within a month of ownership. The selling dealership wanted $300 just to do the diagnostic, despite the car still under full Audi warranty. I was stunned and in a dark hole. I called Audi America for assistance and they suggested taking the car to Audi North Atlanta, which was actually closer to my house. The service person answering the phone was very helpful, cheerful and affirmative in resolving the issue. To note, everyone I have dealt with at this dealership and service center were super polite and helpful. I had the vehicle towed on a flatbed to Audi North Atlanta. I was contacted by RJ shortly after the vehicle arrived, and he has been my guardian angel ever since. RJ explained it would take a few days to investigate the issue and he would keep me advised on status. I had to travel to NYC for a week and RJ called me on the Friday before I returned to tell me the S6 is ready and I picked it up on the Monday, and that the water pump had been replaced. He went over the details of the problem and the resolution when I picked the S6 up. The next day, I had another failure with the turbo system, with severe loss of power. I called RJ and he said bring it back immediately and at the same time got me a loaner Audi to drive. He told me soon after of the problem, and the part was replaced, all was well. I didn't have much faith in this vehicle but started to feel some relief from the concern and dedication from RJ and the Audi support team. I took the S6 on a several hundred mile drive and while it was mostly just enjoying the power and beauty of the car, a rattle started coming from the console area about 75% into our trip at certain speeds. On the return trip, the alert for the rear lights came on again and remained. I took the car back to Audi North Atlanta and went right back to RJ. He politely told me that while the rattle might be difficult, and I agreed, he would just have someone ride with me to help locate that issue. Shortly after that, while I still at the dealership enjoying coffee and working from the lobby, one of the technicians and RJ reported to me that they had found the rattle but it would require some extensive dismantling of the console but assured me it would be 100%. On the rear lights, they need to order the part but the problem there was found also. Again, I was provided a loaner vehicle very quickly. There was a bit of a wait for parts, but everything presently is back in order. I have driven the S6 for over a week and there are no alerts, or rattling or anything but driving pleasure. I don't know how reliable this vehicle will be over the long haul, but I am sold on one thing: Audi North Atlanta service was spectacular. RJ was highly skilled at keeping me calm and without continually notifying me, he notified me if there was a delay and with details of why and when. I credit him with reducing the stress I had over this recent expensive purchase as I felt lost. Fantastic man to work with and an asset to Audi. I never felt anything but welcome in the service center despite constantly coming to RJ with problems Also, I would like to extend thanks to Andrew, a nice young man at Audi North, who explained some operational aspects as the selling dealership did not provide me with a vehicle manual. His explanations over some technical aspects were very helpful. Also, a man named Robert gave me some great overall information on technical resolutions for Audi issue. Again, I did not meet a soul at Audi North Atlanta that did not welcome me and pay attention to me; just outstanding team. Many of my associates are aware of my Audi experiences and all are being directed to Audi North Atlanta, rest assured.
