Roy was able to service my repairs at a lower price than the quote I received from another shop. Plus, there is the benefit of knowing the repair is done with genuine Audi parts, and the convenience of a loaner car. Finally, Roy listened to my concern over a misunderstanding on one of the service items and was able to meet me more than halfway on a resolution. All in all - great quality and service!
