I was there for a Recall service appointment.

Service was great the only issue I have is the window does not roll all the way up. This had to be noticed when the car was washed because water gets thru the window. I am waiting to see someone in Nashville to deal with the issue.

Stuart and Roy took very good care of me. When I arrived I was promptly checked in, given an explanation of the service to be done on the vehicle and time-line. While I was waiting the advisor sent me a check list of items that needed additional attention with detailed explanations. I loved this! It helped me understand what needed immediate attention and why. I signed off on several items right there in the waiting area. My vehicle was ready before the time, washed and cleaned. My bill had no new surprises and was exactly what I expected. Great service and team work.
