There was some mess up with the guy outside giving inside the wrong mileage. I was told I was no longer under warranty, but it was fixed shortly after we fixed the mileage. I drive about 40 minutes for an oil change and was told there was a 3 hour wait, I really wish you had a loaner so I could run errands while car is being worked on. 3 hours is a long time to wait
