I made a call to the service dept because of a sensor warning on my dash. Kay guided me to pull over and not drive the car. She texted me a number to a tow truck co. Once the dealership had me car Roy delivered the same excellent customer service that he has since I became a customer 16 years ago. My car was fixed and he ordered a Lyft for me to get back to the dealership to retrieve my car.
