The experience was, including scheduled service, was a positive visit. I’m fortunate that I have a very good Service Manager in Robert Magnus. I am appropriately greeted by him each time I visit.

Had to order part and still waiting for final repair. Another issue has to be revisited as well since it wasn’t fixed (vibration in passenger door). I live 2 hours away from dealership.

Brought my SQ5 in for service and a warranty item. When I picked it up the alert still said the warranty work needed to be done. I called and was told it would take over the weekend to update, so I waited. The alert symbol is still on my screen and I called again asking if the work actually happened, and was told yes, however I am not so sure as the alert still shows. It is a bit annoying to have a premium vehicle, and feel unsure if the work has actually been done. I was told to come back, but don’t feel I should be inconvenienced for an issue I trusted would be taken care of the first time.

I had my car repaired. I was provided a loaner vehicle. I was kept informed of the status via my service advisor Robert. He worked with my warranty company to ensure it was properly fixed.
