The receptionist when I called to make the appointment was very nice and courteous! Stewart was awesome!!! He explained every item of the service and what to expect as far as the wait timeline was going to be! He walked me to lounge area and showed me the provided drinks/snacks. He said I could go upstairs if I needed a quiet area. After the service He reviewed each line item of service and explained what my Warrenty had covered. He also explained possible other service options! I loved the live text timeline of service on my car! Stewart walked me to my car at the end of service! So, so professional and pleasant! We have 3 2021 Audi’s in my family (2q8& my q3) and I will make sure that we go to your Dealership for all of our family’s services and future purchases! I can’t begin to tell you what it feels like to be an appreciated customer rather than a bother when asking for help with my car! Thank You!!!
