Overall service is great. Amy Pluger and Jesse Baker always take great care of my RS5. The main improvement that is needed: I scheduled service over two weeks out, which included new tires. We had to wait over 3 hours for the tires to be ordered and brought in from warehouse. This is not acceptable and needs to be improved.
