Robert was great through the experience. very responsive and the repairs only took a week which is good. I do have a complaint though for Audi in general, not Robert. Our Q7 popped up an error message and before we could get into the dealership it completely shut down and lost power on a 55 mph road. My wife could have been seriously injured and once we got into the dealership we found out it was known issue with the Q7 and was under recall. We never received a note despite this known serious issue. we had to pay for an emergency tow service as well which put us out over $150. While I'm very happy with Audi North Atlanta's responsiveness this is a huge issue and makes me far less happy with Audi in general

Diego was great in waking us through our options and helping us land the right vehicle. The post purchase outreach from our new service advisor was an added plus. Great location and team!
