I live in Virginia and had never purchased a car from out of state before but Gregory, the sales person I worked with was experienced in the process and helped me every step of way. Greg was an absolute delight to work with! He was professional, friendly, and was always available to take my calls and answer any questions I had. Greg went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and felt valued. Everything went smoothly with the visit for routine maintenance on my Q3. Vehicle drop-off was very efficient and it was easy to make an appointment on-line. I waited for the vehicle and was comfortable during the wait. The work on the vehicle was completed sooner than expected so that added to an overall good experience.

My family and I had a very good buying experience. The dealership spent time confirming our appointment and the General Manager contacted us as well prior to arrival. When we arrives the vehicle was cleaned and ready for us. The paperwork went smooth and we were back on the road headed home within the hour.
