Love Kai - she's always taken great of me. She gets 5 stars! But I was really disappointed in the cost of some of the services. It was recommended that I get 4 new tires and on top of that you recommended an additional alignment charge. On what planet do you replace 4 tires and NOT do the alignment? Also, the MMI Software update for close to $500 was ridiculous.
