Great service experience from Amy and the team. They quickly diagnosed my MMI issue, estimated what it took to fix it and followed through. Everything went smoothy from the service to the rideshare to and from the dealer.

Service for my S3 went pretty quick. Did not have to stay all day at the dealership. My only complaint is that I included “refill washer fluid” in the appointment notes, I also asked the service rep if it was done when I checked out and he said yes. After driving the car, the washer fluid lamp came on. I live about 35 min from the dealer. I like to own fluid and it’s an inconvenience to go by and get a jug from the dealer to fill it myself now. Wish I knew and I could have bought some when I was there.
