Roy Reboucas is tops in his role as a svc consultant. Knows the product and is pleasant to deal with - the best. Am becoming concerned about the durability of components on our A6. Major expenses to replace a leaking plastic coolant pipe, engine mounts, crankcase vent valve. Love the vehicle style, ride, performance & fuel economy. Durability issues will influence the purchase of another Audi however.
