30k service and rear camera software recall Great experience. Received a loaner car which was extremely important due to work location. Car was ready within 1 day. No issues. Fast and easy. Very happy with Roy and his team.

I came to test drive a Q5 and after a great experience with Diego, leased it that same night. Diego was excellent. He answered my questions and did not push. He was excited about the car and everything it has to offer, but let me experience it and decide with no pressure. The Finance Dept is a debacle. I would give that at 0/5. The guy had us sign multiple times and we were stuck in a miserable office for hours and still had to redo everything days later
