I brought my 2015 Q5 in for AC service. The AC was blowing "Luke" warm air on the passenger side and not very cold air on the driver side. The service rep explained the process and what would happen. The Audi Tech team would check for AC leaks and refill freon and/or charge the AC. In the end, NO leaks with the AC unit was found. The remedy was to recharge the AC unit. The AC seems to be blowing cold air again and things seem back to normal with the vehicle.
