Steve, Kevin, Lance, were incredibly helpful and helping me purchase my first car. This was by far the best service experience I have ever had at any car dealership. I do consider them all as family. Kim was wonderful and everything was so easy.

Overall experience was positive. My Allroad repair took longer than expected due to parts availability but my Service Advisor Roy Reboucas did a masterful job. I had a very comfortable loaner, was kept appraised of progress and presented with all my options.

The advisor is really helpful. He answered my questions with patience and even helped me with the questions i have after the service. Ge waited for me to pick up my vehicle as i was late due to traffic after hours. I felt really good about that.
