We arrived at it was busy so we ended up standing there for a bit but this amazing woman named AK walked by while assisting someone else, still stopped and took the time to ask if we had been helped. We have never had such an amazing experience. We own a company and have bought so many company vehicles over the years and have never experienced what AK provided us with. AK was so personable and never tried selling us anything. We never felt pushed. It was beyond anything we could have expected. Wherever AK goes, we go! She has all our business going forward. I thought the customer service by Stuart was impeccable. He tried to get my extended warranty to support the claim but they declined, twice. Then my tire was flat and they replaced it. Excellent service.
