The experience from beginning to end was wonderful. It was hands down the fastest and best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Everyone was kind and helpful. Greg the salesman was very knowledgeable and eager to show me all of the car features and how to use them.

Maxx was our Sales Rep and he was professional, courteous and with good product knowledge. He understood our needs as an 80yr. plus old couple and we left with a 2023 Audi Q3 automobile which we love. We have yet to take advantage of his offer to return to the dealership for further product knowledge and will do so very soon. The dealership facilities are attractive, comfortable and well organized for all the paperwork involved, especially, in our case, where a prior lease on another name band is involved.

Kay is always awesome. I refuse to take my car anywhere else because of her outstanding customer service. The other service advisers and valets are cool too.

Needing to have your car serviced is always an inconvenience. Yet, Audi North Atlanta creates a pleasurable experience, given the circumstance. Their automated appointment reminder allowed me to add a service to my appointment without having to call. Their knowledgeable service techs promptly opened at 7am. I was provided a Lyft ride when ordering the part would take a few hours. Every aspect was exactly as you hope it would be. I will return for service every time my Audi needs it. And, I will start here for my next vehicle when my lease ends.
