I brought in 2021 Q5 for an air conditioning issue. I was told that it may take a few days to diagnose and was immediately given a loaner. Two days later the problem was corrected by replacing a failed Schrader valve. This work was warranty work. Kay Khim did an excellent job in advising me.

I prefer Audi North Atlanta over any of the other Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area. I travel an hour 1 way just so I can have my car worked on by them. Always good customer service and great technicians. When I am there, I always look for Kay Khim. Great customer service !
