received the requested part but service advisor was not notified when it arrived. If Roy didn't follow up repair would still ne incomplete. Roy provided good advice on additional services needed and got me into a rental car while work was done.

Excellent service, Roy kept me up to date on the progress of the vehicle, I was provided with a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. Overall great experience and Roy has been very consistent in all my visits.

Excellent communication and service. Top-notch facility, a nice desk/workstation upstairs in the quiet area to get work done while they work on my Audi. Professional grade facility and service advisor. Work was done properly on my car in the time promised.
