Kay is always so pleasant and helpful when I'm there at Audi for service. She has a great demeanor, attitude and she has to love her job because she is welcoming at each visit. I love to walk in and be greeted and assisted by Kay.

I had a great experience! This is my second Audi and went back to Audi North Atlanta because they are great. Kevin Kim and Jon Stroud are excellent. Greg Savitt ordered my car, kept me informed of the status and helped me when it came in. Amber was great checking me out. That is really great on the front end, however, Kay, in the service dept is amazing. Marietta Audi could learn a lesson from Audi North Atlanta in customer service.
