My service example was outstanding Robert was VERY responsive and creative in finding solutions to my repair issues. Could not have been done better Trey was also very helpful to complete the Audi purchasing my A5. The whole precess was painful with one exception. I came to close the deal with all paperwork including the Title. The problem I had to wait a few days to get the check. I understand this is a result of a Corporate policy/procedure concerning writing the check.When I turnover the signed Title I should get the money, not a few days later.

The staff and Kay our service manager were very helpful in getting our checkup taken care of in the best way possible and facilitated leaving the car for over a week until we got back from a trip. I couldn't imagine better customer service!

The process of buying my 2019 Audi A6 was easy from the start to the finish. Charlie "Chaz" Barron was my sales rep and he did a great job of finding the exact used car that I wanted. I feel like they gave me a fair price. The General, Andre Young, manager was involved in the process as well. My son who is an Auto mechanic was with me to help in the process. They let us take the car to his shop for a pre purchase inspection. We had a few questions and Andre call his mechanic to speak with him about an issue that came up. This was on a Sunday. The following day it was resolved and I was able to pick up the car and drive it home with confidence.
