Everything was great and done with excellence

The service department at Nalley Lexus in Roswell has never failed to deliver anything less than a outstanding experience. From a customer experience stand point the associates and the facility is amazing, the work has always been done in a timely manner and a loaner vehicle offered. If your vehicle needs some attention this is the place it needs to be.

This last experience was much better than the previous visit. Kay Kim is very attentive and follow's up in a timely manner. I needed new tires and they had to be ordered. Kay got me a loaner car and kept me informed of the status.

My experience at Nalley Audi North Atlanta was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car, and I have purchased a LOT of cars!! They were AMAZING. my salesman, Maxx Nixdorf spent time with me to fully understand the needs and wants for my purchase, to Steve Blalock and Kevin Kim going on a deep dive search to locate the car of my dreams, to the GM Andre Young and his team giving me a great trade in on my car…everything was a wonderful experience. I am so grateful for each staff member that I met and worked with. They went above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from this dealership. I had been to another Audi dealership in Atlanta prior to coming here and it was not such a pleasant experience. I will definitely purchase my future card from this dealership. Erwin Wilson followed up from our internet inquiry. His responsiveness continued when we visited the showroom. He was attentive to our list of priorities, and eager to have us drive the automobiles. Not all dealerships want you to test drive... this was a Deal Maker. We went from looking at Audi's, to wanting to purchase one, due to Edwin.
