My normal service visit went well and my advisor was very helpful in answering questions. When it was discovered that the tint on my windshield was damaged during the visit, the advisors responded quickly to reassure me that Audi will make it right. Audi did make it right and replaced the tint. I appreciate and thank the service advisors that work at my Audi dealership because they are truly interested in delivering excellent customer service.

My visit to the service department went very well. I was greeted promptly, given information about the service I was getting and given an estimate of how long it would take (I was waiting at the service center). I had other questions and was greeted by the head of sales who got me to the appropriate person who was able to research and get me the information I was looking for. I received texts and in person visit during the service advising me of progress including the video from the service technician (which I love). The dealership environment is fantastic and they make you feel right at home. There are a number of places to sit, areas to work, food, drink and TV. Overall an excellent experience.
