5 stars for Kay. She was amazing as always. 4 stars for the duration of the service (almost 3 hours) and lack of updates in the online service tracking system. I came in to have my tires replaced per the latest recall and an alignment. My appointment was at 7:20 and service concluded after 10am. I typically use the online system to track my service progess and when Kay texted me around 10:15a that my car was ready, the system still showed that my car was still in service. This visit was the first time I've experienced a delay, but worth noting in case the issue hasn't been reported.

The entire deal was completed online - from the initial contact thru the delivery of my Audi to New Jersey, everything was smooth and easy. Excellent communication and follow-up. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Audi North Atlanta to anyone who is looking for a good deal on a great car from fantastic people!
