I recently completed my service at Audi North Atlanta. The service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to make sure my vehicles service needs are correctly identified and he also provided options that are immediate needs vs items that could be taken care at a later time. The business room on the first floor helped me take care of my office work in a quiet environment while waiting for the service to be completed. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. I brought my Audi in for a coolant leak issue. The repair time was estimated at 5 hours so Audi North Atlanta provided a nice loaner. As usual, the mechanic found more issues. A few were minor and good to know. Others nice to have, but not needed. All work that was done was done well. Roy, the Service Advisor, is good to work with.

I came in for a recall and couple of small warranty items. Work was done as agreed, was offered a rental loaner which I declined. Kay kept me updated and is very pleasant to work with always. Car was is not really professional level, but doesn't really bother me.

As always your staff was great. Kay kept me informed of the progress and any issues we had to address.

Kay is the reason I keep coming back to Audi!! She awesome!
