Steven was fantastic salemen. Went out of his way for us and helped plan a very wonderful surprise. The finance department was overwhelemed and took way over 2 hours to get seen even though we had an appointment. The finance department although very nice did not follow or listen to my desired options when taking out the loan. Like terms and conditions as well as down payment. They did that to me last time as well. Not sure how that benefits the dealer but the loan was minimally discussed and it was their way or no way. I would get loan elesewhere next time.

Service was good and started on time. However when told it would be 4.5 hours turned into 7 hours. Was not prepared without ordering a loaner car. They did offer to take me to the mall and went there for the 4 hours but had to wait the remainder of the 7 hours in waiting room.

Tire pressure was 265 kp instead of 230 kp front & 250 kp. Rear

The technician was able to fix the main issue I had brought the car in for, as well as an issue that was looked at previously and not isolated, a creaking noise in the steering column.
