In the end, Saeid took great care of us. That being said, the start was rocky, as assumptions were made about what we needed, and we were given bad intel about the right coolant. Again, Saeid made it possible for us to be promoters. :) Thank you!

It was a great experience working with Erwin Wilson. He was great and followed up with me several times to get me to the dealership and helped a lot to understand the features and various trims for Q7. I completed my purchase within an hour.
