My advisor is Kay and she always keeps us informed when our car is at the shop. She’s always patient with the many questions I typically have. The facilities are top notch, I have attended work calls from their upstairs waiting area each time I have been there.

I actually worked in the auto industry in marketing many years ago and have spent most of my professional career in the world of building brands, loyalty and customer marketing around the globe. I very rarely go to print let alone dish out accolades but I considered my recent experience to be top rate - the team were courteous, professional and attentive and the whole search, test drive, negotiation and buying experience could not have been easier and more enjoyable. Big call out to Tre, Andre and the team for not actually selling me a vehicle but offering me a great customer experience that made me want to buy a car from Audi North Atlanta.
