I came to have a tire replaced -- I called ahead to confirm the tire I needed was in stock (told it was) and that your team would fit me in as an emergency appointment. When I arrived, stock was checked again (Robert was my CSR) and it showed the tires as there. He told me he'd have me in/out within an hour. At 45 minutes, he came up and said the tire could not be found. However, I was advised that it was the dealership's problem, not mine and that I had a rental car waiting on me across the street; the tire had been ordered and I could come back the day it arrived or the following day if that didn't work. This is one of the best customer experiences I've had in years, regardless of the type of business (and frankly, a surprise from a dealership). It was appreciated and made what was a bad experience (and seemingly getting worse) something pleasant and one of the reasons I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at your dealership rather than the other Audi dealership that is just as close to my home.
