Stuart Benson and Audi North Atlanta did a great job keeping me informed and resolving my issue (of my tailgate lights not working). The service department here is excellent. My bigger concern is why a software issue caused this incident when there had been no changes to the vehicle in over 9 months and the weather has been absolutely perfect (80-50 degrees and no rain) for the past 3+ weeks? At $350 per software update, my desire to keep (or buy another) Audi is very low.

I was traveling to Atlanta from Nashville and had a fault code flash on my car. It was late Wednesday afternoon and Stuart Benson took my call. He helped me get the car dropped off through the night drop box. He told me they might not be able to work the car in until the next Monday. Stuart called me back Thursday morning and the car had been diagnosed and repaired by Friday mid day. Also, said brakes were nearing replacement and handled while the car was in the shop.
