My salesman was very pleasant to work with, but the truck I purchased was not ready as told. Had to make three trips two hrs away.

Lance Christian was my salesman. Due to the vehicle I purchased being a recent trade, there were no actual photographs on the website except for a stock photo from the manufacturer. Upon calling the store I spoke with Lance Christian and asked him if there was any way he could send me photographs. He sent me a series of photographs of the vehicle. I explained I was unable to view the vehicle that day and asked if he would be available the next morning when the dealership opened. He advised he was off on Wednesday, but he would meet me at 9 AM. Later the same day, Lance told me that someone else was coming to look at the vehicle but he would keep me informed as to the status of the vehicle by the end of the day. True to his word, he said the vehicle was still available and he would see me in the next morning. After looking over the vehicle and a test drive, we immediately began to work the deal. Everything was quick, friendly, and one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Lance went above and beyond by coming in on his off day to meet with me and by keeping me informed throughout.
