Team at Audi North Atlanta is great. They are efficient with check in and communicate well throughout the service visit. I arrived on the wrong day due to my own calendar mix-up, and although the team was busy, they did work me in so I didn't have to come back a second time. Very much appreciated. All work is always explained in advance and executed well. I like the text to approve additional services before they are done - definitely a time saver in trading phone calls.

Roy is always a pleasure to work with. He's honest and won't tell you that you need services that aren't absolutely necessary. I always make sure my appointments are scheduled with him! He goes above and beyond.
